What is the life expectency of a penguin?

The life expectancy of a penguin varies depending on the species. Some penguin species, such as the emperor penguin and the king penguin, can live for 20 years or more in the wild. Other species, such as the gentoo penguin and the macaroni penguin, have shorter lifespans of around 10 to 15 years. In captivity, penguins can live even longer, with some individuals reaching ages of over 30 years.
