What peregrine falcon eat?

Peregrine falcons are apex predators, which means they are at the top of the food chain. They primarily eat birds, and their diet consists of:

* Small to medium-sized birds: Pigeons, doves, ducks, geese, gulls, sparrows, starlings, etc.

* Occasionally, larger birds: They can even take down birds like crows, ravens, and even other birds of prey like hawks and owls.

* Occasionally, small mammals: They might also eat small mammals like rodents, bats, and even snakes.

Peregrine falcons are incredibly skilled hunters. They use their speed and agility to dive at speeds over 200 mph to catch their prey in mid-air. They have sharp talons to grab their prey and a powerful beak to kill it.
