Instructions

    • 1

Buy a few pumpkins and cut out the top of the pumpkin so that you can get at the seeds.

    • 2

Scoop out all of the seeds and place them in a large bowl.

    • 3

Throw the seeds in a strainer and run them under the water. This will help get the pumpkin guts off of the seeds.

    • 4

Lay the seeds in between two paper towels to dry them.

    • 5

Place the seeds on a baking sheet and cook them for 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    • 6

Remove the seeds from the oven and place them in a container with a lid.

    • 7

Feed your parrot a small bunch of seeds at a time, keeping the remaining seeds fresh in the container.
