Can you hatch an old duck egg?

It is not possible to hatch an old duck egg. Duck eggs, like all bird eggs, have a limited shelf life and will not develop into chicks if they are too old. The ideal incubation period for duck eggs is 26-28 days, and eggs that are older than this are unlikely to hatch. Additionally, the temperature and humidity of the incubator must be carefully controlled in order to ensure successful hatching.
