Is a black legged falconet the same thing as thighed falconet?

The black-legged falconet (`Microhierax fringillarius`) is a small raptor found in the forests of South and Southeast Asia. It is also known as the black-thighed falconet, not thighed falconet. The black-legged falconet is a small bird of prey with a black crown and back and white underparts. It has long pointed wings and a short tail. The black-legged falconet is found in a variety of forest types, including primary and secondary forests, mangrove swamps and forest edges. It is also found in gardens and other human-modified habitats. The black-legged falconet is an opportunistic predator, taking a wide variety of prey including insects, small birds, reptiles and mammals. It hunts by perching on a branch and waiting for prey to pass by. When prey is sighted, the falconet swoops down to capture it. The black-legged falconet is a solitary bird and only comes together with other falconets during the breeding season. The black-legged falconet is a common bird in many parts of its range, but it is threatened by habitat loss and hunting.
