Who Ivented carrier pigeon?

The use of carrier pigeons can be traced back to ancient times. They were first used by the Persians in the 6th century BC, and later by the Greeks, Romans, and Egyptians. In the Middle Ages, carrier pigeons were used extensively for communication by both military and civilian organizations. The first recorded use of carrier pigeons in the Americas was in 1606, when they were used by the Spanish to communicate between their settlements in Florida and Cuba.
