How long does each parent of bald eagles sit on their eggs?

Bald eagle chicks hatch after about 35 days of incubation. In the beginning, the female incubates the eggs alone. The male may occasionally provide food for her. However, within a few weeks, the male will help with the incubation duties, and the two parents will equally share the responsibility of keeping the eggs warm until hatching.
