Where doTawny owls live?

Tawny owls (Strix aluco) are found in a wide range of habitats across Europe, North Africa, and western Asia. They prefer lightly wooded areas, such as forests, parks, and gardens. Tawny owls also inhabit rural and urban areas, as long as there are suitable trees for roosting and hunting. They can be found from sea level up to high mountain altitudes.
