How to Help a Toco Toucan

The Toco toucan is an omnivorous bird that originally hails from South America. These birds, which are known for their large, colorful bills, grow up to 25 inches in height and live in flocks of approximately six toucans in the wild. Often used as mascots for products such as cereals, Toco toucans are popular pets. However, like many other animals, toucans wind up abandoned or with owners who no longer are able to care for them. If you wish to help a Toco toucan, donating to a toucan rescue facility is a great way.
