What noises do platipusses make?

The platypus is a semi-aquatic mammal native to eastern Australia. It is one of the five extant species of monotremes, the only mammals that lay eggs. The platypus is a shy and secretive animal, and little is known about its vocalizations. However, it is known to make a variety of sounds, including chirps, clicks, and grunts. These sounds are used for communication with other platypuses, and may also be used to warn predators.
