What is a duck bird?

Ducks are a group of waterfowl that belong to the family _Anatidae_. The term "duck" is often used to refer to one of the smaller varieties of waterfowl, whereas "goose" refers to a larger variety. Ducks are characterized by their webbed feet, short legs, and broad, flat bills. They are found in a wide variety of habitats around the world, including wetlands, rivers, lakes, and oceans. Ducks are omnivores and feed on a variety of aquatic plants, insects, and small fish. Many species of ducks are migratory and travel long distances during the breeding season.
