Why did snowball and napoleon send pigeons to other farms?

In the novel "Animal Farm" by George Orwell, Snowball and Napoleon did not send pigeons to other farms. The dissemination of propaganda messages to other farms was carried out by Squealer, a pig loyal to Napoleon who played a key role in manipulating public opinion on the farm. Squealer was responsible for spreading positive news about the farm under Napoleon's leadership and downplaying or concealing any negative events or developments. He would travel to neighboring farms delivering speeches and providing updates to persuade other animals about the supposed success of the revolution under Napoleon.
