What is bluebirds country girl scouts?

The Bluebirds is a branch of scouting, founded by Juliette Gordon Low to provide opportunities for the younger Girl Scouts of the United States of America; those in first, second, and third grades, usually between six and nine years of age. Bluebirds wear tunics. The program focuses on developing self-esteem, courage, confidence, and the desire to explore new things in Girl Scouts. Its purpose is to "make the world a kinder place using their special talents." Members wear yellow or beige smocks.
