Blackbirds

A Blackbird is a small bird found in various parts of the world, including North America, Asia, Europe and Africa. As its name suggests, the male Blackbird is all black, except for its yellow beak and a ring around its eye. The female Blackbird is actually a dark shade of brown. The birds enjoy living in areas of dense vegetation, such as gardens and woods. Blackbirds will enjoy a birdhouse that receives total sunlight. According to Garden Birds, Blackbirds often sunbathe by laying out with their wings outstretched.
Jays

Jay refers to several different species of medium-sized, colorful birds ("Brown" Jays, "Blue" Jays and Grey Jays). Primarily located in North America, a Jay is regarded for its melodic chirping vocalizations. Some species of Jay are friendly to humans, and will even approach a hand that contains food. Like Blackbirds, Jays enjoy sunbathing, and will enjoy a bird house exposed to the sun.
Dove

Doves are birds that are a part of the Columbidae bird family, and are closely related to pigeons. Doves are located in every part of the world excluding the Sahara Desert and Antartica. Typically, doves feed on seeds and fruit as the major component of their diet. Doves and pigeons are often domesticated and used for tasks such as racing and relaying messages. Doves enjoy the outdoors and will often stay on the outside of a bird house to receive sun.
Sparrow

Sparrow are small birds found in North America, South America and Australia. The birds often are brown-grey and feature short tails and stubby beaks. Sparrows have a varied diet that includes seeds, small insects, and whatever humans feed them within cities. The birds enjoy sunbathing and, according to telegraph, will take sand and dust baths as well. Sparrows will enjoy sitting within a bird house that is exposed in the sun.
