Do seagulls live in the cold?
Seagulls are found all over the world, including in cold climates. Some species of seagulls are adapted to live in cold environments, such as the Arctic tern, which migrates to the Arctic during the summer to breed. Other species of seagulls, such as the herring gull, are found in more temperate climates and may migrate to warmer areas during the winter. Some species of seagulls are also found in tropical and subtropical climates, such as the red-billed gull, which is found in the Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico.
