Instructions
Place your bird bath in a open and clear area that is easily identifiable from an aerial position. By doing this, you will be attracting an entire assortment of birds to bath, some of which will undoubtedly be mockingbirds.
Plant your cherry trees around your bird bath while still giving the bird bath some open space. By planting cherry trees, you will attract mockingbirds in droves due to their well-known love for cherry trees. Mockingbirds are known to take refuge and even make their nests in cherry trees.
Scatter sunflower seeds around your bird bath. By scattering bird seeds, you will limit the amount of varying bird species that will target your bird bath. Mockingbirds and only a few other species are especially attracted to sunflower seeds, and with your planted cherry trees, mockingbirds will be in much greater numbers as compared to the other bird species.
Place your mirror fragments around your bird bath and in your trees so that the reflections can be seen from an aerial view. Mockingbirds are famously attracted by shiny objects, and by placing them around your bird bath and in your cherry trees, you will have a huge assortment of mockingbirds to observe.
