How many eagles left in the world?
There are 60,000-70,000 pairs of bald eagles in North America. The Steller's sea eagle breeds in northeastern Asia and is thought to have a total population of around 5,000 pairs. The white-tailed eagle is found in Eurasia and has an estimated population of 10,000-20,000 pairs. The osprey is found on all continents except Antarctica and has a global population of around 240,000 pairs.
