What color are kittens when they born?

Kittens are usually born blind and deaf, and they have very little fur. The color of their fur can be difficult to determine at birth because:

* Their fur is very fine and sparse. This makes it hard to see the actual color.

* Their pigment can take a few weeks to fully develop. This means their initial color might change as they grow.

However, some kittens might show hints of their adult coat color at birth, like a darker spot on their head or a patch of color on their back. It's important to note that their final coat color can be influenced by genetics and other factors.
