How long are the teats visible after kittens born?
The teats of a mother cat (queen) are visible throughout her pregnancy and after she gives birth. They begin to develop during pregnancy and become more noticeable as the birth approaches. After the kittens are born, the teats remain visible and engorged with milk to allow the kittens to nurse. The visibility and size of the teats may gradually reduce as the kittens grow older and start weaning. By the time the kittens are fully weaned, usually around 8-10 weeks of age, the teats may no longer be as prominent as they were during nursing.
