Apple cider vinegar or white vinegar are effective and natural antifungal treatments. Both can also help reduce irritation or swelling associated with ringworm. Always dilute the cider or the vinegar before application with two parts water and one part vinegar. Apply it to the cat's skin with a cotton ball a couple times a day.
Lime Sulphur Dip

Lime sulphur dip is a common topical treatment used for ringworm in felines. The product is effective in combating and killing the fungi that causes and spreads ringworm, and works well for serious cases too. You can usually get lime sulphur dip through your veterinarian or pet stores. Always follow directions. In most cases, dips are applied once a week for a few weeks. Although they can be smelly, they are effective.
Tea Tree Oil

Tea tree oil is a potent all natural remedy for ringworm and the irritation that can accompany it. Since tea tree oil is very strong, dilute one part of the oil with two parts of almond or olive oil, to avoid further irritation of the cat's sensitive skin. Apply the oil mixture with a q-tip a few times a day, and also try and keep your cat from licking the area.

Antifungal shampoo can be used for prevention and treatment of ringworm. It can usually be found at most pet supply stores. Bathing the cat, according to the instructions, could help keep the fungus from spreading. These special shampoos are also good to use on cats that have been in contact with other animals with ringworm, to prevent them from getting it.
