Amaryllidaceae
-
Amaryllidaceae is a genus of plants that includes narcissus, daffodils and hyacinths. These plants all grow from bulbs. If your cat likes to dig in your plant containers, this can leave the bulb exposed which may become a tempting chew toy for your pet. Chewing on this exposed bulb can be fatal to your cat if too much is ingested. Watch for symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea and contact your veterinarian if any are observed.

Both the leaves and the flowers of this plant are poisonous to your cat.
