Put on the rubber gloves.

Sit on the floor and put the cat in your lap.

Hold the cat's head and pry its mouth open with your thumb and forefinger.

Put a worming pill towards the back of the cat's mouth.

Hold the cat̵7;s mouth shut for 10 seconds. Make sure the cat has been swallowed the pill.
