This medication is available only with a prescription from your veterinarian.
Cimetidine HCI

Cimetidine HCI is a drug that can be used in cats to treat and prevent stomach ulcers. This medication is a histamine receptor blocker, which blocks stomach acid secretions. This is an over-the-counter medication, but you should consult your veterinarian for the correct dosage for your cat.
Sucralfate

Sucralfate is an anti-ulcer drug that is often used by veterinarians to treat gastritis in cats. Gastritis can cause irritation and inflammation of the stomach, causing discomfort and may interfere with the cat's appetite. This medication may also be prescribed to treat acid reflux symptoms in cats. This medicine is available only by prescription.
