How to Dilute Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide for Treating a Cat

As much as you want nothing to happen to your cat, cats get into fights and get hurt. When this happens, it's important to clean the wounds, so infection doesn't set in, and hydrogen peroxide will help get rid of any nasty germs in the wound. However, the hydrogen peroxide needs to be diluted. If it's too strong, it can damage the tissue inside the wound.

Things You'll Need

  • Hydrogen peroxide Container (with a spout is good, for administering later) Water
