How to Make Cat-Fishing Rod Toys

You can make a cat fishing toy from almost anything around your house that your cat loves to play with.

  • Dowel rod
  • Thumb tack
  • String
  • Toy mouse

      Tie a knot at one end of a string.

      Pin the thumb tack through the knot and attach it to the dowel rod.

      Cut the string so that it is 12 to 18 inches long, and tie the other end of the string to a toy mouse.
