Why are cats much more negative than dogs who like always happy?

It's not correct to say that cats are necessarily more negative than dogs. Both cats and dogs have their unique personalities and temperaments, and there can be a wide range of emotions and behaviors within each species. While dogs may be known for their outgoing and friendly dispositions, cats can be affectionate, playful, and sociable as well. It's important to remember that individual personality traits and experiences shape how each animal expresses itself, so not all cats will be negative and not all dogs will be perpetually happy.
