Can the male cat be with female who has kittens?

It's generally not recommended to let a male cat be around a female cat who has kittens. Here's why:

* Aggression towards kittens: Male cats can sometimes be aggressive towards kittens, especially if they are not their own. This aggression could be due to jealousy, territoriality, or simply not recognizing the kittens as their own.

* Mating: The male cat may try to mate with the female cat, even if she is still recovering from giving birth. This can be stressful for her and potentially dangerous for the kittens.

* Stress on the mother cat: The mother cat may be stressed by the presence of the male, especially if he is being aggressive towards the kittens. This stress can affect her ability to care for the kittens.

* Health risks: If the male cat is not neutered, he could transmit diseases to the female cat or the kittens.

Instead of putting the male cat with the female and kittens, it's best to separate them:

* Keep the male cat in a separate room or area.

* Provide the female cat and kittens with a quiet, safe space to bond and nurse.

Once the kittens are weaned and old enough (around 8-12 weeks), you can gradually reintroduce the male cat to the kittens.

Remember: It's important to supervise all interactions between the male cat and the kittens, even after they are weaned, to ensure the safety of all animals.
