My 13 yr old cat come home for 2 nights now and I think trapped in a shed somewhere so how long can survive without food or water?

I understand you're worried about your cat. It's important to find your cat as soon as possible.

Cats can survive for a short time without food and water, but it's crucial to act quickly.

* Water: Cats can survive for about 3-5 days without water, but they'll become dehydrated and weak.

* Food: Cats can survive for about 7-10 days without food, but they'll lose weight and become lethargic.

Here's what you should do:

1. Search thoroughly: Look in all possible hiding places, including sheds, garages, basements, and even under furniture.

2. Call out for your cat: Use their name and a familiar toy or treat to try and entice them out.

3. Leave food and water: Place a bowl of fresh water and some of their favorite food near potential hiding spots.

4. Check for signs of injury: If you find your cat, examine them for any signs of injury or illness.

5. Contact your vet: If your cat is showing signs of dehydration or illness, contact your veterinarian immediately.

It's important to note that these are just general guidelines. Every cat is different, and their ability to survive without food and water can vary depending on their age, health, and the environment.

Please don't hesitate to contact your local animal shelter or rescue organization for assistance in finding your cat.
