How to Make Powder From Eggshells

Eggs are loaded with protein and decidedly versatile for cooking and baking. Eggshells contain large amounts of calcium. Eggshell powder can be used as a calcium supplement for humans and pets. In addition, you can use it as a face or body powder. You can also create chalk by mixing the powder with flour and water, forming the resulting paste into sticks and allowing them to dry. Though eggshell powder is available commercially, you can also make your own.
