Instructions
Dry Dog Food
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all of the ingredients in the bowl. Using the spoon, mix well.
Drop by tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for about 12 minutes. Allow to cool before serving as a treat or as part of your dog's regular food.
Dry Cat Food
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all the dry ingredients in one of the mixing bowls. In the other mixing bowl, combine the oil, mackerel and water.
Combine the dry and wet mixtures together. The dough should be tough; you may have to mix it with your hands.
Roll the dough out until it is ¼-inch thick and cut it into ¼-inch pieces with a pizza cutter. Spread out the pieces on a greased cookie sheet; it's all right if they overlap.
Bake for 25 minutes, tossing with a spoon a few times during the baking. Let the food cool before serving.
