      Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.

      Brush or spoon about 4 tbsp. of beef gravy (canned gravy is fine) on the surface of the bone. Place the bone in the oven on the bottom rack nearest the heat source.

      Roast the pork shoulder bone for 10 minutes. Brush or spoon the rest of the gravy on the bone as you turn it over.

      Roast the pork shoulder bone for an additional 15 minutes. Turn off the oven and allow the bone to cool to room temperature. The end result is a delicious, meaty bone for your dog. It will be slightly uncooked in the center, leaving rich marrow to enjoy.
