How to Cook Chicken Livers for Dogs

Just as people do, dogs enjoy a home-cooked meal once in a while. Although it may not be beneficial to switch your dog's diet entirely away from specially processed food, chicken liver is a good supplement to a dog's diet. It contains a large amount of vitamin A, as well as protein and fat, and you can cook it for your dog as a special treat in a few simple steps.
