Instructions
Mix 1 cup of flour and 1/2 cup of milk into a large bowl. The mixture should remain lumpy.
Mix 2 tbsp. of peanut butter and 1 tbsp. of chicken broth into the flour concoction.
Pour one egg white and 1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese into the bowl and mix.
Continue to mix the batter for two to three minutes.
Mix in 1 tsp. of baking powder.
Place several biscuit-shaped cookie cutters onto a greased cookie sheet.
Pour the batter into each of the cookie cutters until each is 3/4 full.
Bake the biscuits in a 400-degree oven for 15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
Allow the biscuits to cool before removing them from the cookie sheet and the cookie cutter.
