Gluten-Free Dog Foods
As people turn away from foods containing gluten due to allergies and digestive problems, they are also looking for similar foods for their canine companions. Gluten is found in wheat, soy, barley, oats and rye. Dog foods generally advertise themselves as grain-free rather than gluten-free. To make certain a dog food is gluten-free, it is important to read the label carefully. A gluten-free diet is especially helpful for dogs with sensitive stomachs and other digestive disorders.
