- Several plastic freezer containers
Instructions
How to Make Healthy Dog Ice Cream
Put the yogurt in a bowl and stir until creamy.
Add peanut butter and stir until well-incorporated.
Put bits of bananas, peas or pineapple on the bottom of the containers, if desired. Choose containers that are the size you want for your treats. Do not fill the containers -- two inches or so of the frozen treats will be plenty.
Freeze 3 hours or overnight in the freezer or freezer section of your refrigerator.
To serve, run container under warm water and loosen the frozen yogurt - peanut butter mixture. Pop out. Serve in your dog's dish, but best to put outside because it most likely won't remain in the bowl and will make a mess as it melts.
