You will want to choose a food that is good for joints, low in fat, and is not known to cause allergic reactions. Royal Canin is a highly recommended food that has a bulldog specific formula for adult bulldogs.

      Purchase your dog food after doing the appropriate research. Also purchase stainless steel bowls for your dog's food and water. Take into account the size of your dog's head when picking out the bowls.

      Read the dog food package to see the recommended amount to feed your dog based on it's age and weight. Remember that English Bulldogs sleep a great deal and tend to exert less energy than other dogs of the same age and weight. You will likely want to feed your dog less than the recommended amount.
