* Physical separation: The urethra (where urine exits) and the nasal passages (where air enters and exits) are physically separate parts of the body.
* Evolutionary advantage: There's no evolutionary advantage for a cat to be able to pee out its nose. In fact, it would be extremely harmful and likely fatal.
It's important to remember that cats can sneeze, which may look like they are "peeing out their nose", but this is simply a natural reflex to clear their nasal passages of irritants.
