Hydrogen Peroxide and Baking Soda
Blot fresh urine with several paper towels. Discard the soiled paper towels in a plastic bag and tie close. Place the plastic bag in an outside trashcan.
Pour 1 quart of 3 percent hydrogen peroxide in a plastic bucket. Add 1/4 cup of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of dish soap. Mix with a spoon.
Dip a scrub brush in the mixture and begin scrubbing the concrete vigorously. Let the mixture sit on the concrete for 5 minutes.
Rinse the concrete clean with a water hose. Repeat the process until all traces of the cat urine and odor are gone.
White Vinegar
Absorb fresh urine by blotting with several paper towels. Place the soiled paper towels in a plastic bag. Secure the bag closed and place in an outside garbage can.
Pour 1 part white vinegar and 2 parts water in a bucket. Mix with a spoon.
Submerge a scrub brush in the vinegar mixture. Scrub the urine-soaked concrete in a vigorous back-and-forth motion.
Rinse the concrete with a water hose and let dry.
