Instructions

    • 1

Press paper towels up against the sofa or brick where the cat sprayed. Absorb as much of the spray as you can and then discard the paper towels.

    • 2

Pour the hydrogen peroxide in the empty spray bottle.

    • 3

Add the baking soda slowly as it may begin to fizz when mixing with the hydrogen peroxide.

    • 4

Place the liquid dish soap in the spray bottle and gently stir the three ingredients together.

    • 5

Spray the mixture over the sofa or brick where your cat sprayed. Be generous with the spray and then gently scrub the area with a soft-bristle brush.

    • 6

Use a white towel to absorb any excess cleaning solution. Do not use colored towels on your sofa as the dye can bleed into your sofa fabric.
