Instructions
Sleep as much as humanly possible. Cats spend over half of every day sleeping. To become more like a cat in this arena, you'll need to sleep at least eight to ten hours a night and take frequent cat naps throughout the day.
Relax and find a way to be comfortable at all times. If you've ever watched a cat lie around, you've probably noticed that they find a way to be extremely comfortable in almost every position. So stretch out, lie on the floor, curl up on the couch or do whatever it is that makes you feel completely relaxed and comfortable at all times.
Groom several times a day by taking frequent showers, shaving and brushing your hair. Cats do not like to be dirty, and you may see them grooming themselves multiple times throughout the day.
Play regularly. Cats love to bat toys around and chase moving objects or rodents. While chasing mice probably isn't one of your favorite pastimes, you can still act like a cat in this way by playing around and having fun whenever the urge strikes you. Play a sport, play with your kids, or do anything that you do just for the fun of it.
Make others work hard to become your friend. Cats aren't quick to show affection to new people or to other animals who come into their lives. To act like a cat in the attitude department, don't be overly nice to everyone you meet, but instead make them work a bit to prove themselves before you allow them into your life.
