How to Litter Box Train Your Kitten

Every kitten needs to be litter box trained. Having delt with litter training 6 kittens myself, I found this method to be the easiest.

  • Litter
  • Litter Box
  • Your Kitten(s)

Instructions

      Once your kitten is able to walk around, or is at least 6 weeks old, it's time to start litter box training.

      Fill your kittens litter box 3/4 full with cat litter.

      Pick your kitten up and place him/her in their litter box. Let him/her get used to the feel of the litter.

      For about a week randomly place your kitten in their litter box. If you see him/her trying to go to the bathroom, take him/her to their litter box immediately.

      By the end of the week, your kitten should be very familiar with their litter box, and get into in on their own.
