Northern Ohio Labrador Retriever Club
-
Dedicated to the betterment and preservation of the Labrador retriever, the Northern Ohio Labrador retriever club--based in Mogadore--meets monthly to discuss all the good times and hardships that come with owning the Labrador retriever. The group is composed of Lab owners and admirers who understand the importance of training dogs. Reaching up to 70 or 80 pounds, Labs can be a lot to handle--especially when they're puppies and love to chew items around the house or tear up the yard. The Northern Ohio Labrador Retriever Club members recommend effective trainers or training clubs in the area and share tips to calm their dogs when they're misbehaving. The club also helps those interested in buying a puppy to find a responsible breeder and prepare their house for a dog.
