Sheltie Gifts

Whether you want to spend a little money or are wanting to go big, there are a wide variety of sheltie themed gifts. If the gift recipient is a sheltie lover, you can look for gifts for the home or the office, or even a gift for the recipient's sheltie.
  1. For the Home

    • You can help your sheltie lover display sheltie pride around the house by looking for gifts for the home. For the home cook, consider an apron with a sheltie picture on it or a cheese board that has shelties displayed. A fun gift for adults or children is a coin bank in the shape of a sheltie's head or a stuffed dog. If you want to spend a bit more money, consider a clock or a mirror with the sheltie on it. For the holiday season, look for stockings or tree ornaments with the dog on them. If you have a photograph of the recipient's sheltie, you can have a blanket or a door mat made with the dog's picture on it.

    For the Office

    • Buying a gift for the recipient's office is a simple way to help show sheltie pride at work. Small figurines or snow globes fit well on the desk or on top of a file cabinet. A desk set that holds a pen and business cards with a sheltie on it is another idea. Or for something smaller, consider sheltie shaped sticky notes. If the recipient is a coffee or hot tea drinker, consider a coffee mug or travel stainless steel mug with the sheltie proudly displayed. A picture frame with a picture of the recipient's dog in it is another personalized gift.

    For the Person

    • Sheltie gifts can also be something for the recipient to wear or use out of the house or office. A keychain is one option. Another option is a t-shirt or polo shirt with the sheltie on it. If the recipient lives in a cooler climate, consider a sweatshirt. For the golfer, look for a sheltie imprinted golf umbrella or golf towel.

    For the Dog

    • Of course, if you prefer to buy a gift for the sheltie himself, there are many options. Squeaky toys, balls, rope pulls or bones are traditional toys you could choose from. If the sheltie's owner enjoys dressing him up, consider a sweater. A new collar and leash is another idea. Or you could look for a cookie jar with a sheltie on it and fill it with gourmet doggy treats.
