Is a polar bear carnivore or heravore?

A polar bear (Ursus maritimus) is a carnivorous marine mammal. It is the largest species of bear and is found in the Arctic Ocean and surrounding seas. Polar bears primarily hunt seals, and their diet consists almost exclusively of seals. They are skilled hunters and rely on their keen sense of smell and hearing to locate seals through cracks in the ice. Polar bears also feed on other marine animals such as walruses, beluga whales, and narwhals.
