Instructions

    • 1

Comb your schnauzer's eyebrow hairs forward so they fall naturally. Once you have combed them forward, look at your dog straight on with its face facing you.

    • 2

Place the scissors against your dog's eyebrow bone. This bone is at an angle so angle your scissors as well. Cut off the eyebrow hairs that protrude past the eyebrow bone. Comb the leftover hairs forward and cut them off at an angle, creating a clean line. The line should run from the outside corner of its eye to the opposite corner of its nose.

Trim long hairs that are sticking off the schnauzer's face with scissors. Cut the hairs around its face, forming a rectangular shape. Do not cut hair underneath its eyes.

Cut its cheek and ear hair using a orclipper blade. Make the line on its neck blend with the arch of its neck. Use thinning scissors to blend the hair at the top of the dog's head.
