  • Dog shampoo
  • 1 qt. hydrogen peroxide
  • Liquid soap
  • 1 cup baking soda

      Give the dog a standard bath, using your regular pet shampoo.

      Mix together one qt. hydrogen peroxide, a small amount of liquid soap and one cup of baking soda. This is an ideal way to solve dog skin odor if the dog was sprayed by a skunk. It also works for general dog skin odor.

      Rinse the dog with the mixture. Make sure that it hits the spots that are especially smelly. Rinse again with warm water. Towel dry.
