Instructions

    • 1

Pour water into a bowl or container large enough to stir the water without spilling. You can use bottled water or tap water.

    • 2

Add almond oil to the water. Almond oil is available for purchase at many local health food stores.

    • 3

Add lemon juice to the water and almond oil mixture. You can squeeze the juice from a lemon or use prepackaged lemon juice.

    • 4

Mix the ingredients thoroughly with a spoon. The ingredients are completely mixed when the liquid is cloudy and has a slight tan color.

    • 5

Pour the ingredients into the spray bottle. Screw on the bottle's cap when you are finished.

    • 6

Hold the spray bottle about 6 inches from your dog's coat and spray the mixture onto the coat. Work the solution deeper into your dog's coat by brushing its hair after spraying.
