Remove the actuating lever from the clippers. Squeeze the jaws together with a pair of pliers so you can remove the pin.
Remove the pin and take the clippers apart.
Lightly sharpen the blade of the clippers with a flat sharpening stone or a very fine grinding stone. Reassemble the clippers after the blades are sharpened.
