Instructions
Make a list of all the groomers in your area. Stop in at each of the ones that you are interested in.
Understand that many grooming shops are run by one or two people. They are very busy and may not have time to talk to you when you drop in. Take a look at the place. Does it seem clean, smell clean?
If they have time to talk to you, you can ask what their experience is, how long they have been in business, where did they learn from.
Take any brochures or information that they may have so you can look it over at a later time.
Ask what kind of bathing system and dryers they use. Hot air dryers can be dangerous for some dogs.
