Instructions

    • 1

Combine the baking soda, corn starch and citric acid and sift it until it is smooth and free of lumps. Add the Epsom salts to the mixture after it is sifted and put the mixture in a large mixing bowl.

    • 2

Put all of the wet ingredients into a tightly sealed jar or container and shake it until it is thoroughly blended.

    • 3

Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredient gradually so it won't fizz. The mixture must be wet enough to hold together when you press it in your hands. If the mixture is too dry, spray it lightly with water.

    • 4

Press the mixture into the molds very quickly, before it can dry out.

    • 5

Allow the bath bombs to dry for several hours. Remove them from the molds and let them dry completely for at least a week.

    • 6

Store the bath bombs in a sealed container and cover them with tissue paper to absorb any moisture.
